5-Year Warranty

Our commitment to quality extends beyond the trial period. Bettr Sauna warrants that our saunas are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 5 Years from the date of original delivery.

What is Covered:

  • Heater Unit: Defects in the heating elements and internal components.
  • Structural Integrity: Cracking or warping of timber beyond natural variances, and structural failure.
  • Electronics: Malfunctions in the control panel, LED lighting, and audio systems.

What is Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear or weathering (natural fading of wood outdoors).
  • Damage resulting from improper assembly or installation.
  • Damage caused by electrical surges (we recommend using a surge protector).
  • Accessories (buckets, ladles) unless they arrive broken.

Warranty Support

  • Free Replacement Parts: If a component fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide the part at no cost.
  • Expert Guidance: Our team will provide detailed instructions and support to help you replace the part.

Transferability: This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is transferable to a new owner with proof of original purchase.
