    • A: Bettr Sauna offers an industry-leading 365-Day Trial, allowing you to try their saunas in the comfort of your own home for an entire year. The policy is simple: "Love it or return it." If the sauna does not transform your life or meet your expectations within the first 365 days, you can initiate a return.
  • Q: What condition must the sauna be in to return it?
    • A: While the trial allows you to use the product, it is expected that the sauna is returned in good condition, free from negligence or abuse. The trial covers your satisfaction with the product's performance and quality, not damage caused by misuse.

 

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Q: How much does shipping cost?
    • A: Shipping is Free and Fully Insured for all sauna orders.
  • Q: How long does shipping take?
    • Every Bettr Sauna is handcrafted and pre-assembled in our factory for a final quality check before packing. This ensures 100% component accuracy and a perfect fit upon arrival.

      • Lead Time: 3–10 Weeks (Model dependent).

    • Shipping Times:
      • United States: 5-10 business days.
      • Australia: 3-10 business days.
      • Canada: 5-12 business days.
      • Notification: We will coordinate with you prior to delivery. Note: If your property has difficult access, we recommend being present to guide the driver.

  • Q: Do I need to be home for delivery?
    • A: Yes. The freight carrier will contact you (usually 24 hours in advance) to schedule a specific delivery appointment. Someone must be present to sign for the delivery and inspect the packages for any external damage.

 

3. Warranty

  • Q: What is included in the 5-Year Warranty?
    • A: Bettr Sauna warrants that their products are free from defects in material and workmanship for 5 years from the date of original delivery. This comprehensive coverage includes:
      • Heater Unit: Defects in heating elements and internal components (including the "Gold Standard" Harvia heater).
      • Structural Integrity: Coverage against cracking or warping of timber beyond natural variances, and structural failure.
      • Electronics: Malfunctions in the control panel, LED lighting, and audio systems.

  • Q: What is NOT covered by the warranty?
    • A: The warranty generally excludes:
      • Normal Wear & Tear: Natural weathering or fading of wood (especially for outdoor units).
      • Improper Installation: Damage resulting from assembly errors or failure to follow instructions.
      • Electrical Surges: Damage caused by power fluctuations (using a surge protector is highly recommended).
      • Accessories: Items like buckets and ladles are typically not covered unless they arrive broken.

  • Q: Is the warranty transferable?
    • A: Yes. The warranty applies to the original purchaser but is transferable to a new owner, provided you can supply the proof of original purchase.
